The Global Digital Capacity Building Alliance (GDCBA), an initiative launched by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), completed six months of operation in August 2026. 3. Global Community of Practice: Fostering a peer-to-peer knowledge network among public administrators, international institutions, civil society, and tech ecosystems.
4. Knowledge Repository: Building a centralized database of real-world implementation case studies, digital toolkits, and practical governance playbooks.

• Geographic Expansion: Direct diplomatic and administrative engagement has extended to over 10 countries, including Brazil, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Seychelles, Bhutan, Maldives, and Nigeria engaging hundreds of public officials.
• Institutional Ecosystem: Supported by a coalition of partner organizations, including the Gates Foundation, World Bank, UNICEF, Commonwealth, NCGG, RIS, ORF, DAKSH, ADBI, Apolitical, and Nalanda University.
