Context:

• Recently in Manipur two women were paraded naked on the road is a slap on the face of the civilized society. At present, girls may have achieved employment through education, rights in property, decision-making to some extent, but they are still not able to achieve equality with men. Many questions related to women's identity are demanding answers from the civilized society.

Foreword:

• Women's identity is an important topic, due to which there is continuous discussion in our society. Women are growing in the leadership of the society and this is directly affecting the thinking, culture, politics and economy of the society.
• Women's dignity is an attribute that expresses the individuality, honor and dignity of women. It is a moral and social responsibility to respect the dignity of women in a society. But in the Indian society, we still ask ourselves the question whether women are getting full respect in our society and they are getting their rights?

What is Female Identity:

• Female identity is the summation of a person's self worth, self respect and self esteem. It reflects their retail identity towards women's views, rights, and their role in society. It is necessary to respect women's identity, understand the importance of their views and give them equal status in the society. Women's identity contributes significantly to the development and prosperity of the society.

Contribution of women's identity in women's education

• Women's identity has a big contribution in women's education. Educated women gain trust and respect for themselves in the society. Educated women know their rights and they are able to protect their rights. Women's education makes them self-reliant and gives them a sense of their retail identity.
• It is important to support women's identity as equals in the society. For this we need to encourage women education, make women aware of their rights, provide them employment opportunities and involve them actively in the society.

Significance of Female Identity:

• Women's identity is a valuable asset for the society. A society which does not respect women cannot move forward towards progress and prosperity. Although in Indian society, women get full support for their responsibilities and commitments, but still they have to face many challenges.

Impact on Female Identity:

• When women do not get due respect for their values and rights, they naturally lose self-confidence and self-esteem. This separates them from the generality in the society and they become self-conscious to share with the society. This also affects their social, economic and educational development.

Protection of Female Dignity

• There is a need to take active steps to protect the dignity of women in the society. It is necessary to fight for equality in education, employment, health, justice, and social security. In this, cooperation of society, government and all individuals is necessary. The government can adopt the following policies to promote women's identity:

• Promotion of women's education: Providing special schemes and facilities for women's education.
• Employment opportunities for women: Providing schemes and support to actively involve women in various sectors.
• Women Empowerment: Providing special classes and training programs for women to develop their technical competence for their rights and careers.
• Promotion of equality in the society: Running awareness programs to give equal place to women in the society.

Way Forward:

• Enhancing support for education to make education accessible to women.
• Providing government schemes and special facilities to encourage women empowerment.
• Taking new initiatives to increase employment opportunities for women.
• Running special programs to take care of women's health.
• To ensure the rights of women in a just society.

Conclusions:

• Women's pride is an important issue and we need to promote it in the society. Through including women in leadership, educating them, and supporting their rights, we can build a prosperous and equal society.
• Women's identity is important for the positive progress and prosperity of the society. We should support them to give due benefits of equality, respect and rights in the society. To make women's identity a power of the society, it is necessary to cooperate and support all the individuals.
